Man Shot And Killed Hours After Teen Slain In Brooklyn: NYPD

The incident happened near 415 Lefferts Avenue​ around 6 p.m., police said.

BROOKLYN, NY — A 21-year-old man was fatally shot on Tuesday in Brooklyn, hours after a teen was killed in a separate shooting in the borough.

The incident happened near 415 Lefferts Avenue around 6 p.m., police said.

Officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds to the back. The 21 -year-old — identified as Nickalos Mitchell — was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County in critical condition initially, but later succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead.

Three hours earlier, a 15-year-old boy shot and killed in the lobby of an apartment building at 80 East 93rd St., Patch previously reported.

There have been no arrests in both incidents, and investigations remains ongoing.
