Man Still Missing Months After He Was Last Seen In Brooklyn: NYPD
A man was still missing months after he was seen in Downtown Brooklyn, police said Thursday.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, NY — A man was still missing after he was last seen in Downtown Brooklyn in August, police said Thursday.
Marlon Phillip, 38, of East Flatbush, was last seen about 4 p.m. Aug. 7 near Smith Street and Schermerhorn Street, according to the NYPD.
Phillip, who lives on East 43rd Street, stands about 6 feet tall and weighs about 185 pounds, police said.
