NYPD Employee Choked Woman, Arrested In Brooklyn: Cops
A civilian NYPD employee was arrested in Flatbush after a violent domestic dispute, according to police sources.

FLATBUSH, NY — An NYPD civilian employee accused of punching and choking a woman was arrested at a Flatbush residence Monday, according to police sources.
NYPD custodian Stephen Osborn, 28, was arrested about 1:20 a.m. Monday near East 23rd Street and Newkirk Avenue, according to the NYPD.
He faces charges including criminal obstruction of breathing and assault, according to the NYPD.

Police sources said a domestic dispute turned violent when Osborn choked a woman he is romantically linked with and punched her in the stomach. The woman was left with minor injuries, according to police sources.
In Queens, an NYPD detective was charged Saturday related to a fight with his neighbor, according to officials. Police told Patch Dwayne James, 45, punched his neighbor.
