Ohio Man Arrested 3 Years After Shooting At BK Bike Shop: NYPD

Police say the man fled in 2020 after fatally shooting a 23-year-old in Crown Heights.

BROOKLYN, NY — An Ohio man accused of fatally shooting a 23-year-old in a Crown Heights bike shop in 2020 was arrested Tuesday, police said.

Robert Bryson, 65, of Ohio faces murder and weapons charges related to a 2020 shooting on Nostrand Avenue between Bergen Street and St Marks Avenue, police said.

Bryson stands accused of fatally shooting Nicholas Isaac, 23, after an argument outside the shop about 4 p.m.

Witnesses told the Daily News Isaac ran inside the store trying to escape the gunfire — but ended up being shot in the legs and torso, police said.

Isaac was rushed to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. Bryson fled the scene, police said at the time.
