Police Hunt Man Filming ‘Up-Skirt’ Videos Inside Brooklyn Target

Authorities are looking for a man accused of trying to peek under women's clothing inside a Target.

BROOKLYN, NY — A "peeping tom" is wanted after using a device to try to film under women's skirts inside a Brooklyn store, police said.

Authorities are searching for the unidentified man who twice approached women at the Target on East 13th Street in Midwood, attempting to look under their clothing.

Police say the suspect first struck on July 9, approaching a 26-year-old woman inside the Target and placing an iPhone under her dress before fleeing. On July 23, the man allegedly targeted a 46-year-old woman at the same store, again placing the device under her skirt and running away.

In both incidents, no injuries were reported, police added.

Police have released a photo of the suspect, who is described as having a light complexion and was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and black shorts.
