Severed Body Parts Found In Trash Bag Outside NYC Apartment Building: NYPD

BROOKLYN, NY — A man's head and torso were found in a trash bag outside an apartment building in Brooklyn on Friday, police said.

The discovery was made in front of 557 East 21st St. around 9:15 a.m., police said.
