Man Charged In Fatal MTA Bus Stabbing, NYPD Says
Alvin Francis, 41, was fatally stabbed in the abdomen on a J90 MTA shuttle bus last weekend.

BROOKLYN, NY — A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with a fatal stabbing on an MTA shuttle bus in Brooklyn this past weekend.
Kareem McCalla has also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, police said on Wednesday.
McCalla is accused of fatally stabbing Alvin Francis, 41, in the abdomen on a J90 MTA shuttle bus in the vicinity of Crescent Street and Etna Street in Brooklyn last Sunday around 2 p.m., police said.

The victim was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, Patch previously reported.
An investigation remains ongoing.
