MIDWOOD, NY — A trio of attackers targeted three Jewish people, one a teenager, in Midwood over the weekend, according to police and a report.

The violence kicked off Saturday about 3:25 p.m. when the three attackers punched and kicked a 40-year-old walking home from a synagogue near East 15th Street and Avenue L, according to the NYPD.

The attackers sped off on a scooter — and about 30 minutes later attacked a 15-year-old near Avenue J and East 17th Street, police said.
