שטימען אין ניו יארק! (Vote in New York!)
Finally! Voter registration forms are now in Yiddish. (סוף ! וויילער רעגיסטראַציע Forms זענען איצט אין ענגליש)

BROOKLYN, NY — In July, when the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA) announced that voter registration forms had been translated into five new languages (Russian, Urdu, Arabic, French, and Haitian Creole), officials promised that Yiddish was coming.
Well, the schlep is over and the forms have arrived. Yiddish speakers can now download a registration form in their native tongue. (But remember: the forms must be filled out in English.)
All of the city's registration forms — now translated into 16 languages — are available for download here.

Once they've been filled out, you can mail them to: Board of Elections, 32 Broadway, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10275-0067.
Alternately, you can deliver them to your local Board of Elections office (where you can also pick up a form, if you need one). New York City public library locations also carry registration forms.
