Woman Punched, Kicked On Brooklyn Subway, Cops Say

A 30-year-old straphanger was approached by two strangers who punched and kicked her, police said.

PROSPECT HEIGHTS, NY — A woman was punched and kicked by two strangers on a Brooklyn subway Wednesday, police said.

The 30-year-old was riding a southbound 4 train approaching the Grand Army Plaza-Flatbush Avenue station about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday when two women approached her, according to the NYPD.

The women started punching and kicking the 30-year-old then ran out of the train at the Prospect Heights station, police said.

The woman had cuts on her lip and scratches and bruises on her arms, police said. The attackers ran, and police had not made any arrests Friday.
