School Tours, Thunderstorms Friday

- Want to show off your skills? Head to the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music An open mic event for all types of musicians to perform original or improvisational music -- either solo or with others -- and to share their talents with a community of musicians. 

- The Brooklyn School For Collaborative Studies hosts a series of school tours for students entering grade 6 and 9 in the fall of 2014. Head to 610 Henry Street at 9 a.m. or click here for a list of more sessions.
