Nam-O Jung, formerly , may soon change hands yet again, as the Korean and Chinese eatery has been put up for sale.

Since going through several owners in the past few years, the spot has earned a reputation of being somewhat of a revolving door. The most recent owners have listed the business for $798,000.

According to the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, the building, located at 1087 Jericho Tpke., is approximately 18,300 sq. ft. and was built in 1975. The property is outfitted with 25 parking spaces.

The property and business is currently listed with Melissa Chow of Laffey Fine Homes.
