The Suffolk County Department of Health will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 26, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Administration Office of the Department of Health Services, 225 Rabro Drive East in Hauppauge.
County law directs the Department of Health Services to hold two public health hearings each year. A second hearing will be held this fall in Riverhead. The purpose of these hearings is to obtain input from county residents as to the quality of the health care delivery system and how it services their needs.
