Deer Park Police Blotter: Drunk Man Crashes Car, Flees The Scene

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

• April 29: Robert Wagner, 63, of North Delaware Avenue in Lindenhurst, was driving while intoxicated on Long Island Avenue in Deer Park when he crashed his 2024 Mazda around 4 p.m. and left the scene of the accident, police said. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of over .08, police said.
