Deer Park’s John F. Kennedy Intermediate School held its third annual Veterans Breakfast on Nov. 9, organized by the JFK Good Citizenship Committee with the goal of taking a moment to honor those who have served and are serving the country.

“We believe there are no better role models for our children than the veterans who have shown their patriotism and citizenship by serving our great nation,” teacher Briana Fayans said.
