Man Arrested After Selling Vape Products To Underage Customer: PD
A Long Island smoke shop employee was arrested Monday for selling vape products to a person under 21, Suffolk County police say.

NORTH BABYLON, NY — A man was arrested Monday for selling a flavored vape product to a person under the age of 21 today in North Babylon, according to Suffolk County Police.
Ashish Brahmbhatt, 36, of North Babylon, was arrested after an investigation found that he sold vape products to a minor while working at Milk N’ Things on Deer Park Avenue, police said.
He was arrested on Monday around 3 p.m. and numerous flavored vape products were seized from the business, police said.

Brahmbhatt was charged with second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor, police said.
Police said Brahmbhatt was issued a field appearance ticket and is slated to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on September 27.
