RFMS World of Difference Club Makes 'Be A Nice Human' Bracelets

The middle-schoolers aim to inspire a year filled with compassion.

Guided by teachers Stephanie O’Connell and Kathy Ugalde, the members of the World of Difference Club at Deer Park’s Robert Frost Middle School, recently put their hearts and hands together to create friendship bracelets with the motto “Be a Nice Human.”

Together, they aim to inspire a school year filled with compassion, making each day a little brighter.

“We chose this saying because the Robert Frost administration made it the theme for this school year,” O’Connell said. “We as a club discuss the different ways people show respect and tolerance for each other, and we also celebrate the differences among us.”
