Has Jon Bon Jovi Invited Hillary And Bill Clinton To Be His Houseguests This Summer?

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Among real estate insiders everyone is scrambling to find out if Bill and Hillary Clinton will be staying in the Hamptons again this summer — and if they do, where will they be? For the past two years, they called Amagansett home, and paid $50,000 a week for the lavish rental, during the last two weeks in August, but they may be switching locales this year.

As Patch reported, Hillary Clinton has two scheduled East End fundraisers in August, but there has been no official statement as to whether Clinton and her husband will be spending any vacation time in the Hamptons.

Now comes word from curbed.hamptons that the Clintons may not be renting a house in the Hamptons because they could be the houseguests of Jon Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea, who have a multi-million dollar oceanfront estate on Lily Pond Lane in East Hampton.

In recent days, fans living on a prayer of seeing the two paired up were able to witness the rock superstar prove he'll be there for Clinton: In June, Patch reported that Bon Jovi headlined a fundraiser for Clinton in Boston.

The East Hampton house is just a short stroll down the beach from the estate they’ve rented in the past which was also situation on Lily Pond Lane, right next to the Georgica Beach parking lot.

This wouldn't be the first time the Clintons have stayed at a celebrity's Hamptons estate; in the past they've vacationed at Steven Spielberg's Georgica Pond estate.
