• E-Bike Rider Critically Injured In Montauk Crash: Police (patch.com) — East Hampton Town police are investigating a serious collision on Montauk Highway in Montauk, where a 75-year-old local driver turning into Carl Fisher Plaza struck a westbound e-bike rider. The 70-year-old cyclist from the Bronx was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital and is in critical but stable condition. Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact East Hampton Town police with information.
