Drive-In Movie Series For Children To Launch In Oyster Bay Towns
The pop-up theaters will offer movie nights for children on Wednesdays starting in July. Here's more information.

TOWN OF OYSTER BAY, NY — The Drive-In Movies Series for Children is set to premiere next month in the Town of Oyster Bay, Supervisor Joseph Saladino and the Town Board announced Tuesday.
On Wednesday nights, a pop-up theater will be set up at a park or beach within the township. Cars will be admitted to the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7 p.m. each Wednesday. For the safety of all residents, moviegoers must remain in their cars, according to the Town. Portable restroom facilities will be on-site.
"There’s nothing better than taking your children to the movies for a night of family-fun and excitement," Saladino said in a statement. "Join us this July and August as we screen children’s movies at pop-up theatres throughout the Town of Oyster Bay. Bring a meal, sit back, relax and enjoy the show."
