Farmingdale Girl, 11, Reported Missing Is Found OK: Police
The girl, who had last been seen Thursday night, was found Friday morning, police say.

FARMINGDALE, NY — A Farmingdale girl was reported missing early Friday after she was last seen by her family on Thursday, Nassau police said.

Shania Salick, 11, was last seen leaving her Mill Road residence around 11 p.m. Thursday, police said. She was reported missing to police at 6 a.m. Friday, police said.
Police described Salick as Indian, 5 feet 4 inches tall and approximately 100 pounds with long black hair, brown eyes and pierced ears. She was last seen wearing red and black checkered pajamas, a grey sweatshirt, white sneakers and a black backpack, police said. She has no known destination, police said.
