Farmingdale Spring Street Fair Features Shops, Fun, Food: Photos

FARMINGDALE, NY — Hundreds of people gathered in Farmingdale on Saturday for the annual Farmingdale Fire Department Spring Street Fair.

Attendees shopped at various pop-up shops lining Main Street, enjoyed fair fare, dined out at local restaurants, played games, and enjoyed an open house at the village fire department.

Axe-Ing Around set up a mobile axe-throwing station; the New York Islanders allowed children to shoot pucks in an accuracy game; and people enjoyed mobile food trucks serving up zeppoles, cheesesteaks, corn dogs, macaroni and cheese cupcakes, and more in a warm weather setting.

The annual Medieval History Day coincided with the fair.
