Farmingdale Students Take Part in Anti-Bullying Program

Farmingdale's Howitt Middle School recently hosted "The Bullying Project Assembly," where a theater troupe demonstrated how bullying can addressed.

Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students recently watched a play performed by the Theatre Three Tour Group, which presents innovative and educational programs to schools across the region.

The musical addressed the vices of bullying and displayed a range of scenarios which provided solutions to ongoing bullying issues.

Students had an opportunity to learn how to deal with a bullying situation first hand and were able to immediately react to the performance in a positive.
