FARMINGDALE, NY — A Farmingdale woman was reported missing on Monday, Nassau police said.

Brenda Simmons, 76, was last seen at her home between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday, police said. She was reported missing around 8:30 p.m.
Simmons was described as Black, 5 feet 1 inch tall and approximately 145 pounds with brown eyes and short gray hair. Her clothing description is unknown.

Simmons is believed to be operating a gray 2009 Honda Accord, bearing NY Registration HDM3912, and her destination is unknown.
