Man Accused Of Sex Trafficking In Nassau For Months: Police
The man, determined by ICE and the FBI to be an undocumented immigrant, was accused of sex trafficking between July and February, cops say.

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — A Queens man was arrested in connection with sex trafficking in Nassau County from July through February, the Nassau County Police Department stated.
Detectives investigated possible prostitution at various locations in Nassau County, police said. Jorge. J. Ramos, 55, who lives in Astoria, was arrested without incident following an extensive investigation, police said.
Ramos was charged with sex trafficking, second-degree promoting prostitution, and third-degree promoting prostitution.

Police, with Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Human Trafficking Task Force, determined that Ramos is an undocumented immigrant, officials said.
He is set to be arraigned Friday at First District Court, at 99 Main St., Hempstead.
