Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Collision With Car In South Farmingdale

The motorcyclist suffered a head injury, police say.

SOUTH FARMINGDALE, NY — A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision in South Farmingdale on Tuesday, Nassau police said.

A 31-year-old man operating a 2005 Honda motorcycle collided with a 32-year-old man driving a 2007 Toyota Camry at the intersection of Motor Avenue and Heisser Lane around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

The motorcyclist suffered a head injury and was brought to a nearby hospital. He is currently listed in stable condition, police said.

The Toyota driver remained at the scene and was not injured, police said.
