Quickway Hibachi Coming To Farmingdale
The quick-service hibachi restaurant signed a long-term lease in the Republic Plaza Shopping Center.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Quickway Japanese Hibachi signed a long-term lease in the Republic Plaza Shopping Center in Farmingdale, Breslin Realty announced.
The hibachi restaurant signed at 909 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale. The restaurant is expected to open in 2025, though Breslin Realty was unable to provide a more exact timetable.
Quickway Japanese Hibachi is a quick-service concept in which the food is cooked to order on an open grill in full view of the customer. The restaurant offers chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu or salmon dishes, as well as choices of salads, sides, and sushi, all prepared from fresh ingredients and homemade sauces.

The new 2,500-square-foot restaurant will be the very first Quickway Japanese Hibachi on Long Island.
Quickway currently operates more than 50 locations in Maryland and Virginia, and recently announced an upcoming location in Brooklyn.

Other restaurants at Republic Plaza include Chili’s, Panera Bread, Chipotle Mexican Grill, The Halal Guys, and Burger Village. Bank of America and AAA are also in the shopping center, which features a 220,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
