St. Kilians's Players Present Final Weekend of 'Shrek'

Tickets available for fun, funny show's final three performances this weekend.

St. Kilian’s Players are launching their final weekend of their summer production of "Shrek" and tickets remain available.

The story revolves around a grouchy ogre who wants to reclaim his swamp from the evil Lord Farqaad. Along the way Shrek meets a chatterbox donkey.

The dialog will make everyone laugh as the two journey to complete the bargain made with Lord Farqaad by rescuing Princess Fiona, who isn’t exactly a
princess.

Tickets are $12 and are available at the St. Kilian Rectory through
Saturday, from 9 a.m.-9 .p.m., and also at the door.

Audience reactions have been "fantastic with standing ovations at each performance" organizers said. "The show is enormously entertaining with hysterical lines that keep the audience laughing constantly.
