Woodward Parkway Students Participate in “I Can Run” Food Drive
More than 3,000 non-perishable items were collected and donated to St. Kilian's food pantry.

Farmingdale's Woodward Parkway Elementary School students and community managed to collect more than 3,000 items for a recent food drive.
The student participated in an interactive “I Can Run” Food Drive. The physical education-themed program encouraged students to bring in at least one non-perishable item from home in order to participate in a series of athletic activities.
The students cumulatively ran several miles around their school track as their teachers and peers encouraged them on. The school community collected more than 3,000 items, which will be donated to the St. Kilian’s food pantry.
