Bus Safety and Stranger Danger

Lawrence Primary School students enjoyed a recent educational visit by two dedicated Nassau County Police Officers, Officer David, and Officer Grande, who provided invaluable lessons on bus safety and stranger danger.

The visit equipped young learners with essential safety knowledge and helped foster a sense of security and awareness for students as they navigate their daily routines. Officer David and Officer Grande engaged the students in interactive discussions, covering crucial topics such as safe boarding and exiting procedures on buses, recognizing safe adults, and understanding how to respond to unfamiliar situations.
