Lawrence School District Welcomes Newest Educators
Lawrence School District kicked off the 2025–2026 school year with great enthusiasm, welcoming back returning staff and introducing the district’s newest educators during a dynamic and purposeful New Staff Orientation.
The event, led by Lawrence Primary School Principal Dr. Kristen Panzarella and Stephanie Henderson, Lawrence Primary School Guidance Counselor, was designed to prepare new team members for a successful and impactful year in the Lawrence School District.
Held in the days leading up to the start of school, the orientation provided an in-depth look into the district’s mission and vision, emphasizing a unified commitment to student achievement, equity, and educational excellence. New educators engaged in sessions focused on curriculum planning, instructional technology platforms, and the collaborative culture that defines the Lawrence learning community.

Dr. Panzarella and Ms. Henderson guided staff through the district’s core values, instructional priorities, and available resources—ensuring each new team member felt supported, connected, and empowered to begin their journey.
“We are building the road to success, brick by brick,” said Principal Dr. Panzarella. “Our goal is to ensure that every educator, from their first day, has the tools and guidance they need to inspire students and help them reach their Wildly Important Goals.”
