Sephora To Join Green Acres In 2027

VALLEY STREAM, NY — Sephora will join Green Acres as part of the mall's ongoing redevelopment.

The beauty store is expected to open a 5,300-square-foot location in the spring of 2027, the mall announced on Thursday.

This comes on the heels of an announcement that Shoprite, Cheesecake Factory, Panda Express, Shake Shack and Dave's Hot Chicken will also be part of the Green Acres expansion.

The broader redevelopment will reimagine the former Kohl’s department store and will introduce outward-facing storefronts, inviting green spaces, open-air dining areas and a new grand entrance in the northeast wing.
