Man Wanted For E Harlem Double Killing, Police Say
Police identified a man wanted for question in connection to a Saturday shooting on First Avenue and East 112th Street.

EAST HARLEM, NY — Police identified a man wanted for questioning in connection to an East Harlem triple shooting that left two people dead over the weekend, an NYPD spokesperson said.
The NYPD is seeking 33-year-old James Spain as a person of interest in the Saturday, April 11 shootings, police said. Two men, 40-year-old Frederick Cross and 41-year-old Stefan Ross, were killed when a gunman opened fire near East 112th Street and First Avenue just after 8 p.m., police said.
Cross and Ross were pronounced dead after medics rushed them to area hospitals. A third victim, a 38-year-old man who was not named, was also taken to the hospital in critical condition suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.

No arrests have been made in connection with the fatal shooting, police said.
