A tremendous change was seen in Albany this year, with the advent and passage of an on-time budget that cut spending, a property tax cap and strengthening of rent regulations, comprehensive ethics reform and a host of other issues that will affect local communities in the 89th Assembly District.
Assemblyman Robert J. Castelli (R, C – Goldens Bridge) will bring news of these important issues and others to the residents of Harrison during the Harrison Town Board meeting Wednesday evening.

After giving a legislative update to the town board, members of the board and local residents will have an opportunity to ask their assembly questions about this year’s legislative session and bring up issues of importance which they feel should be addressed during next year’s session.

Castelli is currently in his first full term as the 89th district representative. The 89th assembly district includes parts of Bedford, Harrison, Lewisboro, Mt. Kisco, New Castle, North Castle, Pound Ridge and White Plains.
