Man Arrested For DWI Following I-684 Accident
Martin Ryan, 71, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated at about 1 a.m. on Dec. 6.
A Somers man was driving drunk when he was involved in an automobile accident on Interstate 684 in Harrison early Monday morning, according to New York State Police.
Martin Ryan, 71, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at about 12:55 a.m. after police determined he was intoxicated at the scene of the accident.
Ryan is due in Harrison court on Dec. 21.
