2 Wanted After Grand Larceny Of Nike Merchandise At Melville Dick’s: Police

Police say a man and a woman worked together to steal Nike merchandise last year.

MELVILLE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are asking for the public’s help identifying two people wanted in connection with a grand larceny at a Melville sporting goods store, police said.

According to police, a man and a woman entered Dick’s Sporting Goods, located at 870 Walt Whitman Road, at about 7 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2025, and worked together to steal approximately $5,260 worth of Nike merchandise.

Police released the information Thursday as part of an ongoing investigation.
