6 Hurt In Crash Involving School Bus In Huntington Station

High school students were on board at the time of the Monday morning crash.

A school bus with high school students on board was involved in a collision with two other vehicles on Monday morning in Huntington Station, according to Huntington Community First Aid Squad.

The bus was transporting teens from Huntington High School to a tech school in Dix Hills when the collision occurred at the intersection of New York Avenue and Northridge Street at 7:45 a.m, the HCFAS says.

Three drivers and three passengers on the bus were taken to Huntington Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The Huntington Manor Fire Department also responded to the scene and two more ambulances were also called to the scene.
