Applications are now being accepted for three affordable rentals units in Huntington Village, the Town of Huntington, the Town of Huntington Community Development Agency and the Creekside by the Harbor development announced Tuesday.
A two-bedroom unit and two three-bedroom units are available at a Creek Road rental complex.
The CDA will put all applications into a lottery to determine who will live in these apartments.

Rent for the two-bedroom unit is $1,248 a month and applicants must have a family income between $29,952 and $54,500 a year.
Rent for the three-bedroom units is $1,623 a month and applicants must have a family income between $38,952 and $63,250 a year.

The necessary forms can be downloaded on the Town’s website: the program guidelines, the lottery intake form and the rental application.
The deadline for submitting the necessary paperwork is Jan. 15. The lottery is scheduled for Jan. 28. For more information, call 631-351-2884.
