Halesite Fire Captain Named Bay Trustee

Halesite Fire Department Captain Dominic Spada was recently appointed Huntington Bay Trustee by Mayor Herb Marrow to fill out the rest of term formerly held by John McCusker.  McCusker resigned in late 2011 after he became ill.

Spada will serve out the remainder of the term, which ends in June.

Spada has been a member of the Halesite Fire Department for nine years. He has worked at Madison Square Garden Network for 26 years as a lead technician on New York Rangers and New York Knicks telecasts as well as the Boomer and Carton radio show.

He lives with his wife and two children in Bay Hills.
