Heart Screenings Set for Saturday

Heart Screen New York is scheduled for Saturday at

This screening is open to all young people between the ages of 12—24, regardless of where they attend school.

Melinda Murray and  Karen Acampora, both mothers of young sons who died unexpectedly of heart problems,  will be on had, as will nursing students from Farmingdale State University to handle the screenings.

The program will run Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Whitman.
