Bubbakoo's Burritos To Open In Huntington Station: 'We Are Thrilled'

The menu offers the Papi Hibachi (hibachi style steak and shrimp) burrito, Nashville burrito, Burritodilla, customizable entrees, and more.

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a Mexican-fusion concept, opened in Huntington Station on Friday.

The award-winning concept known for bold flavors and an innovative menu is at 7 E. Jericho Turnpike, on the corner of the turnpike and New York Avenue. Hiren Patel, a seasoned local entrepreneur with years of experience in the restaurant industry, is set to operate the restaurant.

This is the brand’s third downstate restaurant in the New York City area and the 12th statewide.

"We are thrilled to bring Bubbakoo’s Burritos to Huntington Station," Patel said in a news release. "Being the 12th location in New York, this milestone reflects the incredible growth and popularity of the brand. Being part of a brand with such a strong commitment to its customers and community is truly rewarding. My team and I are eager to offer Huntington Station exciting Mexican fusion flavors while also creating new job opportunities in the community."

The new Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers classic menu items the brand is known for, such as the recently renamed Papi Hibachi (hibachi style steak and shrimp) burrito, Nashville burrito, Burritodilla, customizable entrees, and more.

Bill Hart, co-founder of Bubbakoo’s Burritos, said the company is "incredibly proud" to open its 12th store in New York.

"The steady growth we’ve experienced over the past few years is a testament to the brand’s incredible growth, the loyal following we’ve built and a direct result of the passion and hard work our franchisees bring to the table," Hart said in a news release. "I’m eager to see Hiren open his Bubbakoo’s location in Huntington Station and be part of our continued expansion throughout the region."

Bubbakoo’s Burritos announced it recently ranked on Franchise Times list of the Top 40 Smartest-Growing Franchises and Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list. The brand also landed on the coveted 2023 Inc. 5000, ranking among America’s fastest-growing private companies.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos was founded in 2008. The brand has grown from its Jersey Shore roots and expanded to more than 100 locations across the United States.
