Huntington Blood Drive To Combat Emergency Blood Shortage On LI
The drive will be held at the Town's Community Center on Thursday.

A Community Blood Drive will be held in Huntington Station on Thursday in response to an emergency blood shortage.
“Local hospitals need the public’s help with the emergency blood shortage Long Island is facing,” Town of Huntington Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci said in a press release. “Please donate and share this life-saving gift.”
The drive will be held at the Town’s Community Center in the Big H Shopping Center, located at 809 New York Ave., from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Each donation will help save up to three lives.
Those who donate will receive a certificate for a free large sandwich or premium salad at Long Island McDonald's with any purchase.
