'A Leader All Her Nurses Can Look Up To': South Huntington Hero

SOUTH HUNTINGTON, NY — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

"Janet has been working tirelessly on the front lines during the coronavirus pandemic in her capacity as nursing administrator at Huntington hospital. Her dedication, her compassion, her professionalism and her deep sense of caring for her patients and the community make her a leader that all of her nurses can look up to especially during this terrible time. We are all grateful for her service."

"Janet's calling as a nurse is truly vocational. She has served our community tirelessly for over 30 years at Huntington Hospital. Her passion for serving others makes her stand out in every way."
