'Shop With A Cop' Event Coming To Huntington

The Cassata Foundation is hosting the event, where gifts and toys will be donated to local children.

HUNTINGTON, NY — The Cassata Foundation and the Suffolk County Police Department Second Precinct are teaming up for the annual "Shop With A Cop" event in Huntington.

The invitation-only event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Target in Huntington. The foundation will be donating toys and gifts to local children.

The program offers families and children the chance to bond and establish relationships with local law enforcement personnel.
