Long Islanders can expect a balance of rain and normal temperatures for the last days of March.

LONG ISLAND, NY — After a sunny Sunday, Long Islanders can expect a balance of rain and normal temperatures for the last days of March.
Temperatures will be range from 49 to 54 degrees during the day. Rain will come our way Monday afternoon into evening, but skies will clear up by Wednesday and Thursday, according to the National Weather Service
On Friday, rain will come back for the first round of April showers.

Monday: Rain, mainly after 5pm. High near 54. East wind 8 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Monday Night: Rain, mainly before 2am. Low around 38. North wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
