Annual Bluegrass Festival Set for This Saturday
The 10th annual event takes place on August 18 at Tanner Park in Copiague. It's presented by BACCA, Babylon Town, LITMA, Suffolk County, NYSCA and D'Addario.
The 10th Annual Bluegrass Festival is set for this Saturday, , at  in Copiague.
"It's something that's always been at Tanner Park, and the Town's been great," Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts Board President and Lindenhurst Village Administrator recently told Lindenhurst Patch.

"We have a whole list of great acts appearing this year, and a highlight of the Festival is mandolin impresario Bobby Osborne," Cullinane said.
"It's really a family event, and we also have a host of have food and craft vendors," he continued.

Appearing on the Main Stage:

A special Guitar Workshop will also be given by Toby Walker, who'll be appearing courtesy of LITMA, according to organizers.
Admission for adults is $15; for BACCA members, seniors (60 and older), disabled people and children younger than 12, $10; and children younger than seven, free.
The hours are Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., rain or shine.
An Open Mic session will be on the main stage from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
There's free parking for the event, and it's recommended residents bring a lawn chair, but no pets or alcohol.
