TGIF, Lindy! Here’s what you need to know today and this weekend:

1. Lindenhurst’s non-profit BCBA is teaming with KO Shows for a on at at the Boulton Center in Bay Shore to help it keeps its doors open and to benefit two other Long Island non-profits: CPR and Rock Can Roll.

2. Darryl Worley will take the stage at at 7:30 p.m. as part of the Town of Babylon’s .

3. Sensitive to Light will take the stage at Village Square on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. as part of the VOL’s .

4. Operation Proud Hearts is an organization that supports Long Island’s U.S. troops and their families. The organization’s at the restaurant tonight at will benefit them. The cost of $35 includes a three-course menu and performances from five comedians. E-mail the restaurant or call 631-225-7619 for more information.

5. There are several events happening at the , including at 9:30 a.m. and at 2:30 p.m. See the LML website for more details and events.

6. at the Knights of Columbus-OLPH Council #794 will start at 7 p.m. The special bingo night will help the Council pay the LIPA, gas and garbage bills. The Council is also seeking extra members to help out.

7. The Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1421’s teen night is tonight. Its boat cruise is taking place at 7 p.m. Saturday night. And the family breakfast is set for 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday.

8. St. Paul’s Reformed Church in nearby North Babylon has started a weekly Feeding Ministry on Fridays in July. The next one is tonight at The purpose of this ministry is to provide a meal for the hungry, and anyone in need of a meal is welcome. For more information e-mail or call the church at 631-661-5562.

9. The 2011-12 supply list and elementary school supply list are now available on the ’s website. The 2011-12 calendar is also available.
