Lindenhurst Woman Arrested After Drunk Driving On Sunrise: Sheriff

LINDENHURST, NY — A Lindenhurst woman was arrested after driving while intoxicated on Sunrise Highway in April, officials said.

Kera Stellato, 41, of Lindenhurst, was stopped while driving on Sunrise Highway by exit 48 in Bohemia for failing to maintain a single lane of travel by swerving over the lines separating lanes of travel on the roadway, according to the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office.

According to officials, she was arrested for DWI, consented to a breath test and registered a BAC of .10.

Stellato was one of five people Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested for driving while intoxicated over the weekend of April 20, officials said.
