Police Report: DWI, Criminal Possession

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.

A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Arrests

• Marcus Christiansen from Lindenhurst was arrested on March 22 in Lindenhurst and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.
• Allen Jenkins from West Babylon was arrested on March 22 in North Lindenhurst and charged with burglary in the second degree.
• Daniel Sokolowski from Lindenhurst was on March 20 arrested in North Lindenhurst and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
• Jonathan Gyscek from Lindenhurst was arrested on March 20 in Lindenhurst and charged with leaving the scene and property damage.
• Donovan Swift from Lindenhurst was arrested on March 19 in Lindenhurst and charged with DWI, first offense, and possession of a forged instrument in the second degree.
• from Lindenhurst was arrested on March 19 in Lindenhurst and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
• Jarron Collins from North Amityville was arrested on March 18 in Lindenhurst and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful fleeing of a police officer.
• Heather Schuller from Lindenhurst was arrested on March 17 in North Lindenhurst and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, leaving the scene and assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.
• Mark Monserrat from West Babylon was arrested on March 12 in North Lindenhurst and charged with aggravated operation of a moving vehicle in the second degree.
• Keith Semeran, Jr. from Lindenhurst was arrested on March 12 in Lindenhurst and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.
