Police Report: Larceny, Robbery, Harassment

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.

A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Arrests

• Jimmy Bouklos of Lindenhurst was arrested on March 27 in Lindenhurst and charged with DWI, first offense.
• Jason Pedersen of Lindenhurst was arrested on March 27 in Lindenhurst and charged with petit larceny.
• Susan Gervasio of Lindenhurst was arrested on March 27 in Lindenhurst and charged with criminal contempt, disobeying a court order.

Incidents

• Harassment in the second degree was reported on March 28 in Lindenhurst on Fulton Avenue.
• Criminal mischief in the fourth degree with fence damage was reported on March 27 in Lindenhurst on Alleghany Avenue.
• Harassment in the second degree was reported on March 27 in North Lindenhurst on Wellwood Avenue. The complainant allegedly was hit by Anthony Halloran, according to police.
• Harassment in the second degree (domestic) was reported on March 27 in North Lindenhurst on Putnam Avenue.
• Grand larceny in the fourth degree was reported on March 27 in Lindenhurst on Park Avenue. A wallet, credit card and money were stolen from a locker, according to police.
• The act of making graffiti was reported on March 26 in Lindenhurst on Albany Avenue.
• The act of making graffiti (criminal mischief to a van) was reported on March 26 in Lindenhurst on Fremont Street.
• The act of making graffiti (criminal mischief to a vehicle) was reported on March 26 in Lindenhurst on Frank Street.
• The act of making graffiti (criminal mischief to a building) was reported on March 26 in Lindenhurst on Park Avenue.
• Robbery in the third degree was reported on March 25 in North Lindenhurst on East Sunrise Highway.
• Harassment in the second degree was reported on March 25 in Lindenhurst on North Greene Avenue.
• Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree (possible rifle shot to front house window) was reported on March 25 in Lindenhurst on North Monroe Avenue.
• Criminal mischief in the fourth degree to a property with damaged windows was reported on March 23 in Lindenhurst on South 14th Street.
• Grand Larceny in the fourth degree was reported on March 16 in Lindenhurst on Robbin Street. Known person did use a stolen credit card, according to the police report.
